Job Description:
Rep shall use its best efforts to sell properties the Company controls to cash buyers in Minnesota. Rep will also be responsible for all marketing efforts pertaining to the Company. Rep shall report weekly to Company on numbers assigned. Rep will devote adequate time and effort to perform its obligations. Other duties rep will be asked to perform:
Assist in weekly marketing campaigns to both buyers and sellers.
Take calls from buyers to sell Companies inventory.
Meet with buyers to show properties and secure contracts.
Build new relationship with buyers and build Companies buyers database.
Keeping the Companies CRM up to date with contracts and closing documents.
Manage on going client relationships via monthly meetings, thank you cards, blog posts and educational content.
Assist monthly meeting for buyers and bird dogs
Make every effort to double company's gross profit.

Cash for Houses, LLC is a Real Estate wholesale company. We purchase distressed properties and sell them to investors. the position is very lucrative with a solid commission base. we pay 10 of Net Profits per deal. or average profit per deal is 10K:13K. we are acquiring approx 3 houses per week.
